TANK’D is located in McAllen, TX and we currently only operate in the highlighted zone depicted on the bottom of the HOME PAGE.

when can i order my gas?

Our delivery service is available Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday–Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

To ensure timely service, all delivery appointments must be booked at least 1 hour before closing — by 6:00 PM on weekdays and 4:00 PM on weekends.

How long does it take?

We use a built-in 1-hour scheduling buffer to keep deliveries running smoothly. In most cases, our driver will arrive within 30 minutes before or after your selected appointment time.

where can i get my gas delivered?

Wherever you’d like! The only requirement is that it is within the delivery zone (check HOME PAGE).

how will you access my fuel tank?

Simply unlock your vehicle’s fuel door when you order. You will receive a reminder to make sure your vehicle is accessible and fuel door open when our driver is on the way to your request.

how do i pay?

All payments are made within the TANK’D website and processed through our partner Stripe; a secure payment platform used by businesses all around the world. You will receive your invoice via email and can pay straight from your phone.

is there a cancellation fee?

If you decide to cancel your order before our driver is on the way no problem! If your car isn’t accessible, you will be charged a $20 undeliverable fee.

what types of fuel do you deliver?

We currently offer Regular (87) gasoline, Premium (93), and Diesel.

how do you find my car?

Our driver will go to the address you provide, there is also an area to provide notes that might help. We will also message you if we are having trouble finding your vehicle. We always verify your vehicle’s information before pumping.

whats the minimum fuel amount?

To maintain efficient routing and affordable pricing, deliveries have a 10-gallon minimum per visit. In some cases, a minimum fuel charge may apply instead. Please contact us if you have questions.
