when can i order my gas?

Our delivery service is currently available from 8:00AM-2:00PM and 4:00PM-8:00PM

where can i get my gas delivered?

Wherever you’d like! The only requirement is that it is within the delivery zone (check HOME PAGE).

how will you access my fuel tank?

Simply unlock your vehicle’s fuel door when you order. You will receive a reminder to make sure your vehicle is accessible and fuel door open when our driver is on the way to your request.

how do i pay?

All payments are made within the TANK’D website and processed through our partner Stripe; a secure payment platform used by businesses all around the world. 

EACH DELIVERY WILL INCLUDE TWO TRANSACTIONS. One is a ($20) Deposit to get your delivery started and one is to pay the remaining balance (Cost of fuel + or - delivery fees).

is there a cancellation fee?

If you decide to cancel your order before our driver is on the way no problem! If your car isn’t accessible, you will be charged a $20 undeliverable fee.

what types of fuel do you deliver?

We currently offer Regular (87 octane) gasoline and Premium (91-94 octane).

how do you find my car?

Our driver will go to the address you provide, there is also an area to provide notes that might help. We will also message you if we are having trouble finding your vehicle. We always verify your vehicle’s information before pumping!.

do you offer discount or promo codes?

Yes! We offer Military, First Responders, Nurses and Educator discounts.
